Avoid This Scammer! I put my faith in them and attempted to swap 32k€, but after sending the money, I waited for three hours with no response! I reached out to support, provided my transaction ID, and they acted clueless! I submitted all the evidence and completed KYC, yet after a week of emails, they chose to keep my cash! These folks are definitely selective scammers! Their support team is super arrogant and downright thieving! If it’s a large sum, they’ll scam you right away! I really regret trusting them! The only option left for me is to consider legal action, but with Ukraine in a war, that’s gonna be tough. I even asked for their company details, but they refused to share! They don’t even have any company info on their website!
